How long will the NEXO Hunt last for?
The Hunt for $12+ Million in NEXO Hunt starts May 8, 13:00 UTC and ends on July 7, 2024, 23:59 UTC.
How can I participate in the NEXO Hunt initiative?
To participate and claim your rewards, you must opt-in for the campaign by accepting our T&C from the in-app Rewards Center section. Once opted-in, you will be able to track your points balance and claim your reward. If you don’t opt-in within the campaign period, you will still accumulate points but won’t be able to claim them.
How is the 10,000,000 NEXO Token reward distributed?
The 10,000,000 NEXO Token reward will be distributed based on the total amount of points collected by Nexo users. The "token per point" ratio will be calculated at the end of the campaign, depending on the total amount of points.
How do I qualify for the New User Multiplier?
The New User Multiplier offers a 5x boost to both new and existing users. If you register after May 8 at 13:00 UTC or are already registered but haven’t added funds to your account yet, you are eligible for the multiplier. Please note that your first top up must be within the campaign period.
How do I qualify for the Weekly Multipliers?
To qualify for the weekly multipliers, you need to make sure you’re active during the specified timeframes:
1.5x multiplier: from 8 May, 13:00 UTC to 15 May, 13:00 UTC
1.4x multiplier: from 15 May, 13:00 UTC to 22 May, 13:00 UTC

How do I qualify for the 2x Loyalty Multiplier?
You can get access to the highest Loyalty Multiplier by reaching the Platinum Tier. For that, you need to ensure that the ratio of NEXO Tokens against the rest of your portfolio is at least 10%.
Are there any actions that don't qualify for multipliers?
Yes, there are. Multipliers do not apply to top-ups, withdrawals, successful identity verification and virtual Nexo Card activations.
When is the best time to fund my account and get the most points?
The first week is your golden window! You can take advantage of a 1.5x Weekly Multiplier that’s active for the first 7 days on top of other applicable multipliers. The sooner you start using the Nexo products, the better.
Can I earn points on all types of transactions?
When you fund your account, swap, or borrow, you collect points for these transactions. The amount of points varies by transaction type. Check the specifics for all eligible transactions in the tables above.
Note: Staking Ethereum and the Referral Program are excluded from the list of eligible transactions.
Can I lose points for certain transactions?
Yes, certain actions can reduce your points balance. For instance, withdrawing crypto assets from your Nexo account will result in a loss of points. Find all the details here.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There's no cap on the points you can earn! The more you engage with the Nexo products, the more points you'll accumulate until the end of the campaign.
Do points expire, or can I accumulate them indefinitely?
You can continue to accumulate points as long as the campaign is ongoing. After the end of the campaign, you can claim your NEXO Tokens as a reward.
How can I claim my NEXO Tokens?
You can claim your NEXO Tokens from the in-app Rewards Center between July 10, 2024, 13:00 UTC and July 24, 2024, 13:00 UTC. Make sure to claim your tokens within this 14-day period, as any unclaimed tokens will be lost after the end of this period.
