Does the Makeup removing micellar water need to be rinsed?

"The Makeup removing micellar water does not require rinsing.
Now it is possible to do so, if you wish. Ideally, you should spray a fine mist of Avène Thermal Spring Water on the face. However, if you need to rinse off with a lot of water, we suggest you finish off with a spray of the Avène Thermal Spring Water to eliminate the chlorine and limescale that are often found in tap water."

I'm not sure if I should use the Makeup removing micellar water or the Milk cleanser?

The Makeup removing micellar water has a very watery texture while the Milk cleanser has a comfortable creamy texture. Your choice can be made according to your skin type but also according to the season. For example, in case of combination skin: spring/summer: choose the Makeup removing micellar water, fall/winter: choose the Milk cleanser.
