PATH Water Bottles
Keeneland has partnered with PATH to provide our guests with complimentary aluminum water bottles during the September Sale. Bottles will be available at bars and in the business center, and can be refilled at stations throughout the Sales Pavilion.

Tin Can Roaster is located at Barn 23 and coffee is available from 7 – 10 a.m.
Brevede Coffee Co. is located near Barn 48 all day when showing and selling.
Limestone Café has coffee and other warm beverages all day.

The annual Party in the Paddock is the perfect way to celebrate the first week of the September Sale. Join us in the picturesque Keeneland Paddock to enjoy complimentary co*cktails and barbeque prepared by Keeneland Hospitality.

Elizabeth Locke Jewelry Pop-Up
Elizabeth Locke will offer an exclusive showing of her exquisite jewelry at the Keeneland Library. A total of 20%of sales will be donated to the Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation to support the health and safety of the horse.

Sporting Art Auction
An inspired collaboration between Keeneland and the country’s premier gallery of fine sporting art and contemporary British figurative painting, the 12th Annual Sporting Art Auction will take place following the November Breeding Stock and Horses of Racing Age Sales. This year’s pieces will be on display in the Sales Pavilion during the September Sale.

Theault Horse Van
Keeneland Sales and Theault are proud to partner this September. In celebration of your success, a custom Keeneland-wrapped Theault horse van will be offered for 6 months to the owner of the highest-priced yearling purchased during the sale.
Keeneland Sales Gator
In partnership with John Deere, look out for the Keeneland Sales Gators delivering daily surprises and complimentary water throughout the sale.

Internet Access and Business Services
Wi-Fi is available on the grounds through the "KEENELAND GUEST" network. Complimentary business services such as charging stations, computers and printers are available in the Business Center, which is located in the Sales Pavilion.
Airport Transportation
Keeneland provides complimentary transportation to Bluegrass Airport and Signature Aviation
(formerly TAC Air).

September Sale Operations
Due to the construction footprint, there are a few operational changes this September for you to be aware of. We appreciate your patience in navigating these changes as Keeneland builds for generations to come.
Parking
- General Parking: General parking will be available in rows 9-20 and 23-33.
- Valet Parking: Valet parking will be located in Row 21. There is no vehicular traffic in front of the Sales Pavilion.
- ADA Parking: Please utilize valet parking in Row 21 with golf cart shuttling available.
- Golf Cart Parking: Designated golf cart parking areas are available at the North Gate and Clubhouse parking lots.
Shuttles
A fleet of golf cart shuttles will be available around the grounds and parking areas. To request a lift while on the grounds, please call 859-288-4356.
Construction Area
Please review the enclosed map to familiarize yourself with portions of the grounds which are off limits due to construction. This includes the upper parking rows across from the Sales Pavilion. View Map
Sales Paperwork
- Until Aug. 30: Paperwork for the sale may be dropped off at the Entertainment Center
- Beginning Sept. 3: All sales paperwork should be delivered to the Sales Administration team located in the Repository at the Pavilion.
